Reyna Valencia is most often the glue that holds the EVS team together and moving. Reyna orchestrates a staff of 83, daily absences, low stock, progressing daily projects, addressing staff and unit concerns and all during a world-wide pandemic with a wide, compassionate smile and a level head during stressful times. Reyna manages through very professionally challenging situations in a calm mature way but becomes teary-eyed while talking about an infant patient in the ICN. She is a star!
